Har Shalom’s First Annual Tzedakah Box Challenge:

Tikkun Olam - Food Drive for the Missoula Food Bank

Har Shalom is in the process of reaching to our neighbors over the next few months to help put food on the tables of Missoula families through participation in the Missoula Food Bank food drive.

The Tzedakah Box Challenge--both here online, at the following link, and in person--offers multiple options for easy donation. Personal checks made out to the Missoula Food Bank or Har Shalom Tzedakah Box Challenge when you come in to services during the months of August and September will also be accepted. All cash donations into the Har Shalom Tzedakah box during the months of August and September will also be added to our tally.

If you would like to make your donation via credit card, be sure to include "FOOD DRIVE" in the memo so that your donation is applied to this campaign. Make a Donation

As Laurie has pledged to match whatever funds we gather with up to $250 dollars from the rabbi fund, our greatest hope is to present the Missoula Food Bank with a $500 check on Saturday, October 3rd!

Thank you in advance for your contribution. We are looking forward to the opportunity to build community within Har Shalom as we reach out to help the Missoula Food Bank meet the needs of so many of our Missoula neighbors.

***Special thanks already goes out to Bob Marshall of Biga Pizza for giving us a generous discount on some delicious pizzas for our Food Bank planning meeting! Thanks for helping fuel our creativity!***
